PocketAdvantage™ is a set of applications that run on a Handheld PC (H/PC), which are pocket sized computers, running the Microsoft Windows CE operating system. PocketAdvantage™ lets sales reps or managers dial in (via RAS, Internet, wireless, etc.) and update their H/PC with the latest product, customer and sales information. It uses this information to turn the H/PC into an extremely powerful order entry system that also reports sales.

PocketAdvantage™ uses several information views to allow users to see Order Summaries, Customer Lists, Product Lists, Recap Lists and Order Entry screens.

On a nightly (or more often) basis, sales reps will dial in from home or in the field and automatically refresh their customer balances, inventory levels, prices, sales summaries, sales details, new spreadsheets or word processing documents you want them to have, etc.

During the day, orders are built and processed in real time against a shared database in your building. Out of stock and other timely information is relayed immediately. Survey information is effortlessly collected on a daily basis for immediate retrieval and analysis.

Any combination of the above features and more can be configured. You may want some features now and some later, and possibly some never. A quick setup is in place for whatever your needs may be.
